Question 1: Do I need to be home? Nope! That's the beauty of it. We text you when we're on the way, let ourselves into your yard, clean everything, take a photo of your closed gate, and leave. You don't lift a finger.
Question 2: What if my dogs are aggressive or reactive? Your pup/s need to be secured prior to our visit.
Question 3: What happens in winter/snow? We service year-round! We'll service your yard and removal all of the surface level waste, as the snow melts we'll continue to scoop so by the time the snow is melted you'll continue to have a poop free yard.
Question 4: Do you really haul the waste away? Where does it go? Yes! We bring it with us and dispose of it properly at a licensed facility. We never put it in your trash bins.
Question 5: What if I need to skip a week or pause service? No problem! Text us 24 hours before your scheduled day. Monthly plans can pause anytime (vacations, boarding, etc.). When you're ready to resume, just text us, or go to your customer portal and pause or resume there.
Question 6: What areas do you clean? EVERYWHERE. Grass, flower beds, gravel, dog runs, patios, under decks, along fences. If there's poop, we get it, unless there is a wasp nest next to your trampoline. Our Double-Walk Grid Method ensures nothing gets missed.
Question 7: What's the catch? No catch. We're a local Utah business trying to provide the best pooper scooper service in the state. We make money by doing a great job so you tell your friends. That's it.
Question 8: How long should I wait to let my dogs into the yard after the Wysiwash treatment? Let dry for about an hour in colder climates. Warmer clients about 30-45mins.
